I hereby apply for membership of the Manly Park Seniors Tennis Club Inc and agree to accept the decision of the Club Committee as to whether or not my application for membership is approved. If current membership is full, I wish to be placed on the waiting list for membership.
If approved, I agree to pay all entrance fees, subscriptions and dues as are fixed at the Annual General Meeting of the Club. I further understand that on becoming a member, I accept the Constitution of the Club and shall remain liable for dues for each ensuing year, unless my resignation is submitted in writing to the Secretary not later than the day prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
